In a previous FOI request (FOI-1137-1617, submitted 12 September 2016) I was told that a new road safety audit (RSA3) covering the Elephant & Castle northern junction would be completed by the end of October 2016.
Can you please provide a copy of RSA3? If it is not yet complete, can you please provide me with a revised completion date.
