Thank you for your email asking for information about loading bays. I am sorry for the delay in replying.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The current restriction at this location is No Stopping At Any Time, except between 7.00pm and 7.00am, when loading is permitted for a maximum of 20 minutes. The restriction came into force on 22 November 2010. The previous restriction for this bay was No Stopping Monday – Saturday, except between 10.00am and 4.00pm for loading (maximum 20 minutes) or disabled parking (maximum 3 hours).

We have issued 3,957 PCNs at this location since 22 November 2010. However we can only provide information about PCNs issued since 1 November 2009 when we moved to a new enforcement system.  Between that date and 21 November 2010, we issued 6 PCNs at this location. Please refer to the table below for a breakdown of the PCNs issued by calendar year.

Our records show that there are currently 1,787 loading bays on our red route network, however 1,282 of those bays also permit disabled parking.

Across the whole of the red route network, we have a 3 bays where stopping is only permitted for loading between 7.00pm and 7.00am. Stopping is not permitted at these bays at any other time or for any other reason.
