I can confirm we do not hold the information you require, no minutes were taken during this meeting, which took place on 3 October.

A brief summary note was prepared two days after the meeting. However, if you were to go on to request this it is very likely that we would consider it necessary to withhold in accordance with section 31 of the FOI Act in that disclosure would be likely to prejudice “the purpose of ascertaining whether circumstances which would justify regulatory action in pursuance of any enactment exist or may arise”.
