Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 February 2017 asking for information about the number of penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued at the Western Avenue / Horn Lane yellow box junction since 2003.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.

 

  1. Prior to 31 January 2003.

 

We commenced enforcement at this yellow box junction on 15 February 2013.

 

2. From 31 January 2003 to 21 April 2016.

 

From 15 February 2013 to 21 April 2016 1126 PCNs were issued.

 

3. From 22 April 2016 to the present time.

 

From 22 April 2016 until 1 March 2017 503 PCNs were issued.
