Dear TfL FOI Team,
Please would you be able to answer the following. All questions below relate to the street lighting located at Compton Avenue, Highgate, N6. There are 7 street lights within the road.
1. Would you be able to confirm the details of when the lighting at said location was tested as part of your LoHAC scheme?
I note in 2015 the columns were tested as part of this scheme. Please confirm who requested them to be tested.
2. Do you have any record of who the asset owners are/the responsible party for maintaining the said columns are?

Our ref: FOI-2296-2223/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 December 2022 asking for information about Compton Avenue street lighting. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. Transport for London is responsible for the Red Routes, which make up the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN). As Compton Avenue is not on the TLRN we do not hold any information relating to the street lighting at this location.
I am sorry we are unable to assist you on this occasion.
