Thank you for your email received on 20 February 2017 asking for information about Congestion Charging.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
Between 26 September 2016 and 20 February 2017 there has been 6 occasions when Congestion Charging payment services were unavailable.
We are unable to link the unavailability of payment services to the issuing of Penalty Charge Notices.
