Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

- main type: traffic flow data
- temporal resolution: monthly or weekly
- spatial resolution: central, inner, outer London; or by London Boroughs
- year range: 2008 - end of 2020

Please find attached the flow data from a selection of our Automatic Traffic Counters (ATCs), which make up a representative sample of Central, Inner and Outer London. The spreadsheets provide daily totals for each day of the year.

Please note that we only have data available from June 2012, rather than 2008 as requested. However, since traffic flow data for London is collected by the Department for Transport (DfT), we would advise contacting them directly for the outstanding information via the following link to their website: https://forms.dft.gov.uk/foi-dft-and-dft-agencies/
