TFL Facilities Maintenance
I am writing to request a project directory which includes a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the Scheme comprises TfL is seeking to engage the market early in regards to future agreements to support TfL's Facilities Maintenance Contract and allow the award of work packages across various asset areas – Fire, mechanical and electrical, and premises maintenance.
Lot 1 — Mechanical works — London underground,
Lot 2 — Electrical works — London underground,
Lot 3 — Premises works — London underground,
Lot 4 — Mechanical, electrical and fire works — TfL sites
Lot 5 — Building and premises works — TfL sites

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on15 October 2024 asking for information about TFL’s facilities maintenance.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
We currently have 5 frameworks which support the maintenance contracts. Details of this are provided in the table below:

These frameworks expire in May 2026. TfL is currently planning to shortly undertake an Early Market Engagement exercise ahead of the procurement for replacements for these frameworks. This will be published through a PIN notice and will be open to any company to express an interest and return a Market Sounding Questionnaire.
