Hello, I would like to obtain data on the number of passengers entering Barking station (i.e. the number of people touching in with their Oyster card), at 5 minute intervals for each day (e.g. 07:00 - 07:05, 07:05 - 07:10, etc), from 1st January 2018 to 30th September 2019. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of  the information you require. You asked for:

I would like to obtain data on the number of passengers entering Barking station (i.e. the number of people touching in with their Oyster card), at 5 minute intervals for each day (e.g. 07:00 - 07:05, 07:05 - 07:10, etc), from 1st January 2018 to 30th September 2019. 

Please find the requested information in the attached spreadsheet. Please note the data is aggregated at 15 minute level rather than 5 minute level. This is because we only retain Oyster card data for 8 weeks. Beyond this, the data is aggregated up to 15 minute interval so this is what we are providing in order to give you a consistent data all the way back to 1 January 2018.
