Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6th January 2022 asking for information about road drain maintenance on the A102.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please could you send me details of road maintenance work between Blackwall lane and the A102 northbound up to the tunnel entrance (Northbound) on 15 October 2021 between 10.30pm and midnight?” It is not entirely clear what specific ‘details’ are required. However, I can confirm that a ‘block closure’ (closure for regular maintenance which takes places every 3 months) was in place between 21.00 and 05.00, and that the road was closed during these hours.
