Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. You asked:

Please can you provide the number of FPNs issued on Islington's roads (including TfL roads) to drivers exceeding the 20 mph speed limit during the past three years ?

Speeding fines are issued by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), and TfL does not hold information on how many tickets have been issued. You may therefore wish to make an FOI request to them, which can be done via their website here:  https://www.met.police.uk/foi-ai/accessing-information/
