Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  You asked: Please can you tell me what volume of traffic on a single road within a residential area within ULEZ (number of vehicles per hour, or other set time period) is considered to be high?

I can confirm that we hold some of the specific information you require. Whilst there is no standard definition we hold of what would constitute ‘high’ traffic volumes, in the London-wide ULEZ Scheme Data Protection Impact Assessment: https://content.tfl.gov.uk/london-wide-ulez-final-dpia-november-2022.pdf. we say the following in general terms of camera placement selection criteria:
