Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

The attached spreadsheet provides individual trip data (by stops) of all routes that enter the SE10 postcode. Please note our database only holds detailed data for two years, therefore we could only provide data between mid-December 2019 and 31 December 2021.
Bus Operators intend to run the best service possible and are not incentivised to lose trips or parts of trips. Where possible they run unscheduled trips to compensate losses. Such unscheduled trips are included next to the scheduled curtailed trips.
