Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26th September 2023 asking for information about contracts with Telent.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“Please can you advise as to the details of the TELENT contract to operate ULEZ/LEZ/CC in terms of roles and responsibilities and annual running costs, along with current end dates and possible extension.”

TfL does not hold the requested information as we have no contracts with Telent to operate any part of the ULEZ, LEZ or Congestion Charge schemes.
