FOI request detail

London Overground Diversions

Request ID: FOI-2257-2425
Date published: 31 October 2024

You asked

Hi TfL, As you can see from the below, I submitted a FOI request in 2019 to see the number of trains that were originally scheduled to go to West Croydon, but instead ended up being diverted to Crystal Palace. The team who dealt with both the FOI and the complaint I submitted were overall quite poor and a few questions were never responded to. Neither was the FOI, so I'm submitting it again and also requesting additional information if you could kindly oblige and provide it this time. Please can you let me know the number of West Croydon bound trains that were diverted to Crystal Palace in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. What improvements have you made since this 'diversion' tactic became regular issue, to improve provide the service you promised to people who need to travel to West Croydon? Thanks.
