Burdett Road In relation to the time period 27 July 2013 to 27 July 2016, please confirm: - What inspection regime was in place for the road (frequency and nature of the inspections, records that to be made during and post inspections); - When the road was inspected; - What defects were noted during the inspection prior to the incident occurring on 27 July 2016; - Whether any complaints were received in relation to the condition of the road (and, if so, when); - What work was done on the road in terms of maintenance or repair during the above-mentioned time span, i.e. 2013 to 2016; - When TfL was notified of the incident; and - What steps TfL took/works completed to the manhole post notification of the incident.

Your request will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we [do hold/ hold some of] the information you require. You asked:

In relation to the time period 27 July 2013 to 27 July 2016, please confirm:

•           What inspection regime was in place for the road (frequency and nature of the inspections, records that to be made during and post inspections)
•           When the road was inspected
•           What defects were noted during the inspection prior to the incident occurring on 27 July 2016
•           What work was done on the road in terms of maintenance or repair during the above-mentioned time span, i.e. 2013 to 2016;

Inspections were carried out on a monthly basis. Please find attached records for Burdett Road, covering inspections, defects, and dates of when maintenance/repairs works were carried out during the time span 2013 – 2016 as requested.

•           Whether any complaints were received in relation to the condition of the road (and, if so, when)

TfL records show that no complaints were received in relation to the condition of the road for the manhole in question.

•           When TfL was notified of the incident; and
