Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked:

New Eltham, Elmstead Woods, Chislehurst, Mottingham, Sidcup, Albany Park, Bexley, Crayford, Dartford, Lee, Hither Green, Lewisham, St John’s, New Cross, Waterloo East, Grove Park, Petts Wood, Orpington, Chelsfield, Knockholt, Blackheath, Kidbrooke, Eltham, Falconwood, Welling, Bexleyheath, Barnehurst, Swanley, St Mary Cray, Bickley, Bromley South, Shortlands, Beckenham Junction, Kent House, Penge East, Sydenham Hill, West Dulwich, Herne Hill and Brixton.

Attached is the requested data, covering:

  • Transactions: Entries and Exits

     

  • Count: Successful Oyster and Contactless transactions

Please note, as no specification was given, both the NR and LU stations have been included for Brixton, and both the NR and DLR stations have been included for Lewisham.

Caveats:

  • The data is only representative of customers validating their Oyster card or contactless payment card and does not include counts for magnetic or paper tickets.
  • Any customers not validating, or being provided access by station staff opening a gate, or where gates have been left open, are unlikely to be accounted for.

     

  • For data protection, any station that had fewer than 5 entries or exits on a day has been rounded up to 5 to prevent the potential identification of individuals.
