Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 5 December 2022 asking for information about the London Underground’s Northern line track isolation upgrade.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

I would be grateful for confirmation for details of where the upgrade work has commenced in the Summer of 2022.

We can advise that these particular works are taking place between Euston and Camden Town, both northbound and southbound. On each respective route, the upgrade works are heading towards Camden from Euston and towards Euston from Camden, mirroring the Northern line’s direction of travel.
