1. I would like to know the total funds received by TfL between the dates Jan 1st, 2022 and Jan 1st 2023 in respect of standard ULEZ charges and ULEZ penalty charges 2. I would then like to see evidence that the same sum has gone into “green projects” administered and or controlled by TfL for the same period?
