Can you please provide the following information ideally in Excel: licence number, vehicle registration number and/or VIN, make, model, licence start and end date.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 January 2022 asking for information about Taxi and Private Hire licences.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:
I would like to request information on every private hire vehicle and hackney carriage that has been licensed by your council between 1st of October 2021 and 31st of December 2021.
The information you have requested is contained within the attached spreadsheet.
Our records are not held in a way which allows us to report on licenced vehicles with in a specific time period. Taxi and private hire vehicles are licensed on an annual basis and where there is a period of relicensing some data in the vehicle records are overwritten to reflect the new licence. Therefore, the information provided in the attachment is a snapshot of all licensed taxi and private hire vehicles as of 28 February 2022.
