Thank you for your request received by Transport for London on 24^th October 2019 asking for information about the Highbury Corner roundabout.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

“Please disclose budget for and estimated final cost for building the recently completed gyratory system around Highbury Corner.”

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. The spend on the project to date (as of October 2019) is £8m, with a current estimated final cost of £9.1m. The agreed budget for the project is £11.6m. Any underspend will be subsumed within the wider TfL business plan.
