Motor Vehicles registered for public hire i.e. Taxi/Private Hire/Hackney Carriage that were either issued a new or renewal licence in the period 1st October 2021 to 31st December 2021.
Specifically, I would like to know:
Vehicle registration number
Manufacturer (Make)
Model
Licence issue date
Licence expiry date

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 January 2022 asking for information about Taxi and Private Hire licences.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:
Motor Vehicles registered for public hire i.e. Taxi/Private Hire/Hackney Carriage that were either issued a new or renewal licence in the period 1stOctober 2021 to 31st December 2021.
Our records are not held in a way which allows us to report on new or renewal licences with in a specific time period. Taxi and private hire vehicles are licensed on an annual basis and where there is a period of relicensing some data in the vehicle records are overwritten to reflect the new licence. We can however, provide you with the attached spreadsheet which shows a snapshot of all licensed taxi and private hire vehicles as of 28 February 2022.
