Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 October 2019 asking for information about the ULEZ.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you’ve requested as we do not record how many ULEZ Representations we receive on the basis of customers making ULEZ charge payments through unofficial payment websites and then receiving a PCN for non payment of the charge by TfL.
