FOI request detail

ULEZ

Request ID: FOI-2227-2324
Date published: 02 November 2023

You asked

I also request via an FOI how many cameras across the designated area are working - I understand about 50% are not therefore this discriminates against me and is not a fair and equally implemented strategy. I therefore request a refund immediately. Also many Londoners received a warning letter and did not receive a penalty charge. Why has this applied to some and not others. You can't discriminate against me just because I have signed up to this site and you can steal my money easily. This is unfair. I should also have been given warning letters instead of a fine. Why was I not. Again an not fair or equal as people are treated differently according to their circumstances. Under the FOI please provide an explanation of who got letters advising of the expansion, who got warning letters instead of fines, which areas have working cameras versus areas that do not have working cameras.
