Please could you provide me copies of any forms that you pass to filming companies that they have to fill in before they are given permission to film on the Underground.

Thank you for your email received on 13 February 2017 asking for copies of forms used for applying for permission to film on the Underground.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

The attached form is sent out to people requesting to film on the Underground or other areas of our network, or we direct people to our website:

The forms need to be returned with their certificate of insurance depicting their public liability limit, which should start at £5M.
