Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 December 2021 asking for information about  Congestion Charging.
 
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 
 
PCN charges for Congestion Zone
 
Simply wish to know how many PCN charges were issued for the first 2 months of the congestion charge zone in operation.
 
The Congestion Charge was launched in 2003 and we no longer hold this information.
 
However, we did produce annual monitoring reports which you may find useful and which are available on our website at https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/congestion-charge.
