Loading bays on the Transport for London Road Network
Request ID: FOI-2215-2223 Date published: 06 December 2022
You asked
Follow-up from TfL Ref: 2092-2223. Thank you for your quick reply to my FoI request.
I know that loading bays on the TLRN are generally accessible to the public under set rules – eg visits do not exceed 20 minutes. My FoI request seeks exceptions.
Please confirm you are saying: there are no bays on the TLRN designated only for use by local (nearby) businesses on an ongoing basis?

Whilst there are residents bays located on the TLRN, they are managed by the local highway authorities. Additionally, there are a few Doctors bays located on the capital’s red routes, but these do not provide business permit bays.
