I am doing a piece of research on the experience of gender non-conforming individuals on public transport in TfL. I was wondering, what policies have you put in place in the past to improve access to and safety on public transport for transgender individuals? And what do you plan to improve in the future? As many examples and in as much detail as possible would be amazing. I also have a request. Would you be able to put me into contact with any of your transgender members of staff for me to have a chat with? Anonymity is taken very seriously, so there is no problem there.
