I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.
1FM Bundle 2 - Fire Systems Maintenance:

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages?
• Start date & duration of contract?
• Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your request received by us on 22 December 2021 asking for information about the 1FM Bundle 2 - Fire Systems Maintenance contract.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages?
We can advise that at the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire stage, thirteen submissions were received and evaluated with six invited to tender.
One successful bidder was awarded the contract.
• Start date & duration of contract?
The start date was 25 June 2017, for a duration of five years.
• Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension.
The extension in the contract is for up to three years.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?
We can advise that the decision to extend or renew is still under review.
Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract? In accordance with our obligations under Data Protection legislation, the name of the Contract Representative for this contract has been withheld, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’. This exemption to the right of access to information is an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the public interest favours use of the exemption.
