FOI request detail

Through ticketing

Request ID: FOI-2203-1819
Date published: 23 May 2019

You asked

I have recently discovered a copy of the Through Ticketing (Non-Travelcard) Agreement between The Operators and Transport Trading Limited dated 2000 and a copy of the Travelcard Agreement between The Operators and London Regional Transport dated 1995 but am not sure if these are the most recent versions of these agreements. These Agreements also refer to the Clearance Agreement which I cannot locate. Please would you provide me with the most up to date versions of the: Through Ticketing (Non-Travelcard) Agreement between The Operators and Transport Trading Limited (as applicable to Southeastern and South West Trains); Travelcard Agreement between The Operators and London Regional Transport (as applicable to Southeastern and South West Trains); Clearance Agreement between The Operators and the Rail Settlement Plan Limited (as applicable to Southeastern and South West Trains).

This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.

Yours sincerely,
