I’d like to obtain a PDF file of the map used for the Hayes Bus Coding, giving a Tube-style summary of all the bus routes in the trial. I have seen photos of a comprehensive map (it might have been received in the post by residents in Hayes) but could not find an online copy. I appreciate the trial is no longer happening but I still hope for an answer. Thank you

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 October 2024 asking for Hayes Bus Coding map.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. Unfortunately, a search by the team involved in the bus trial in Hayes from late 2017 to early 2018 has revealed that the artwork is no longer held.
