Information regarding Boundary Zone extension tickets

At a couple of underground stations I have noticed that on the TfL ticket vending machines you have recently started attaching informational stickers informing customers how to purchase “Boundary Zone extension tickets”.
a. Please would you let me know when you started attaching these informational stickers to your ticket vending machines?
b. For the period 2015 to present please would you let me know how many ‘boundary tickets’ or ‘Boundary Zone extension tickets’ you have sold. Please provide the information by year (i.e. 2015, 2016 etc. or 2014/2015, 2015/2016 etc.) and month if you have it.
