I am interested in the environmental effects of the proposed expansion of Heathrow airport, and would like to know Q1. what information has been collated by TfL regarding those connected with the establishment and maintenance of new and enhanced surface transport infrastructure to support this Q2. if there is a listing of projects (and associated estimated costs), deemed necessary by TfL to support the proposed expansion.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 November 2017 asking for information about the proposed expansion of Heathrow Airport.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

I am interested in the environmental effects of the proposed expansion of Heathrow airport, and would like to know

Q1. what information has been collated by TfL regarding those connected with the establishment and maintenance of new and enhanced surface transport infrastructure to support this

Q2. if there is a listing of projects (and associated estimated costs), deemed necessary by TfL to support the proposed expansion.

TfL has undertaken analysis to understand the impacts of Heathrow expansion, including on surface access networks and the implications for air quality.
