Please provide the following information.
Bus Registration No
On 10/06/2022 between 15.00hrs and 16.00hrs I boarded a No 12 bus towards Oxford Circus at Bus stop X in Peckham Rye lane.
I paid £3.30 by NatWest Debit card -no (REDACTED)
I had an accident on the bus and require this information for TFL claims company to locate CCTV of the incident to process claim.

Thank you for your email which we received on 30 November 2022 asking for a CCTV footage from bus route 12. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested.London's bus services are operated by individual bus companies on behalf of TfL. Any CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route. You should contact the company who operates this particular bus route, Go-Ahead London. Their contact details can be found on the TfL’s Who runs your bus web page.
Please note the footage you are after may have been over written if the footage was not requested at the time. However if the police were involved at the time of the incident, there is a better chance it would have been kept by the bus operator.
