Can you let me know how long it will take to repair and (FOI) how often these are checked at stations? When was the last time this happened at Elm Park?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 October 2019 asking for information about the help/information points at Elm Park.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The Help points are tested daily by station staff and faults should be raised if there is an issue.

Our system tells us that a fault was raised for this unit on the 15th October and was repaired the same day. Prior to this the previous report recorded was in the middle of September  - also fixed the same day.

I appreciate that the recorded fault reports do not reflect the dates or issues which you have highlighted and therefore we will be following this up with colleagues at the station.
