Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 October 2019 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require - we do not record how many PCNs have been issued as a result of customers making charge payments through unofficial payment websites.
