Please then could you send me all the correspondence between TFL and Waltham Forest Council with regards applying for funding for:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is attached with this response. Note that a number of redactions have been made under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal information (this relates to the direct contact details of TfL staff, and the names and contact details of local authority staff).
