May I please have the number of PCN's issued by CCTV at Eltham Rd/Sidcup Rd/Kidbrooke Park Rd and the number of PCN's issued by an actual person eg: a warden. There is I believe a failing with the timing of the lights or there are poorly sited traffic lights which is causing a daily build up of traffic here. The last 6 months should suffice.

May I please have the number of PCNs issued by CCTV at Eltham Rd/Sidcup Rd/Kidbrooke Park Rd and the number of PCNs issued by an actual person eg: a warden.

We enforce yellow box junction contraventions using our manually operated CCTV cameras on our network. Our On-Street Enforcement Officers do not issue PCNs for yellow box junction contraventions.

From 1 April to 21 November 2018, we issued 765 PCNs to vehicles who were observed entering and stopping in the yellow box junction when prohibited on Eltham Road, Sidcup Road and Kidbrooke Park Road.
