Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require. You asked:
How much did the Mayor of London/TFL spend in bringing a claim/being a party to the High Court proceedings in the case of John Worboys/John Radford under CO/370/2018 and CO/368/2018. This should be broken down into the costs spent by the defendant litigating the claim and any subsequence cost implications?

The fees in the published response are the only costs payable, there were no “subsequent cost implications”. The people named in the response are barristers used on the case.
