We are looking in to the current speed limits over the A4 Hammersmith Flyover and the west wing of the flyover leading to the Great West Road.
Would it be possible to have a copy of the traffic order for the 30mph speed limit which runs directly over the A4 Hammersmith Flyover?
Additionally can we also request a copy of the traffic order for the 40mph speed limit at the west wing of the end of the Flyover leading on to the Great West Road?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 December 2021 asking for information about traffic orders for the A4 Hammersmith Flyoverand the west wing of the flyover leading to the Great West Road. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please see attached. The Hammersmith Flyover 30 MPH is covered by Schedule 2 item 1 and the A4 Great West Road section is covered by Schedule 3 item 13 of the attached order GLA/2016/0394 made by TfL.
Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act which would make the processing ‘fair’.
