Dear Further to your email below, would be grateful if you would provide (under FOI) information on the responses from the Survey (with personal data redacted) together with the results and details of the ?consultation? referred to below as it would be interesting to know how TfL asked the questions and how many replies TfL got to enable them to reach their decision. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 November 2022 asking for information about the Earls Court Road survey.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:  information on the responses from the Survey (with personal data redacted) together with the results and details of the “consultation” referred to below as it would be interesting to know how TfL asked the questions and how many replies TfL got to enable them to reach their decision. In December 2021 we published a consultation report which set out the outcomes of the consultation we had run on proposed changes to Earls Court Road.  That report provides information about the outcomes of the consultation, including the number of responses we received, a list of the issues and how frequently they were raised by respondents, (page 12 onwards), the consultation questionnaire we put to respondents and the manner in which we publicised the consultation.  The report and the appendix is available on our website: https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/earls-court-road. There were 225 responses to the consultation overall, including five from stakeholders.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
