The overtime ban on London Underground began on 8th December 2016 and since then has seen many stations close due to lack of staff. Since this date stations have seen licensed ambassadors covering shifts to keep stations open at minimum numbers. Please could you provide me with the total number of shifts in stations which have been completed by licensed ambassadors between

Thank you for your email received by us on 05 February 2017 asking for information about the total number of shifts in stations which have been completed by licensed ambassadors between 08 December 2016 and 31 January 2017. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you.

 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act  and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold  the information you require.
 
 
Licensed ambassadors completed 177 shifts in stations between 08 December 2016  and 31 January 2017 for the purpose of keeping stations open during the recent overtime ban.
