Thank you for your emails received by us on 6 February and 13 March 2017 asking for information about the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued in relation to the camera referenced T795 in London’s Congestion Charging Zone. I apologise for the delay in responding.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for the following information:

Please would you provide the following information in relation to camera reference T795 in the London Congestion Charging Zone by month, from January 2015 to December 2016 inclusive:
1. The number of Penalty Charge Notices issued on the basis of images captured by the above camera;
2. The number of those PCNs that were the subject of a Representation by the driver of the vehicle concerned;
3. The number of those Representations that were rejected by Transport for London.

We can only provide information from October 2016, when camera T795 was installed at Southwark Bridge Road. Information about the requested PCNs issued and representations since this date are shown in the table below.
