Thank you for your requests received on 18 October 2019 asking for a copy of the March 2014 AbsTracked Solutions audit mentioned in Section 4.0 (Page 9) of IA 13744.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked:

Point 4.0 found on page 9 of the 2014 internal audit of FirstGroup Tram Operations Limited (TOL)'s Croydon Tram operation (IA 13 744) shows that—as part of its work preparing Internal Audit IA 13744—TfL's auditor reviewed a March 2014 Audit carried out by a company called "AbsTracked Solutions” which found seven 'weaknesses' in TOL's safety management system ("SMS").

Please provide me with the copy of the March 2014 AbsTracked Solutions audit mentioned in Section 4.0 (Page 9) of IA 13744.

We do not hold a copy of this report.
