Ownership and responsibility for fencing along boundary on London Overground line

Please can you provide information about who owns the boundary fence along the London Overground rail line between Kensal Rise and Brondesbury Park stations where private gardens along Chevening Road back on to this. Please also confirm who is responsible for maintenance and repairs to this section of fencing (including details of what their responsibility is, under what circumstances and timeframes for repairs) and contact information the relevant department?

Thank you for your email which we received on 21 December 2021, asking about an ownership of boundary lines on the London Overground line.
