Please would you let me know the frequency of services on the Route 13, broken down between:
1 - peak hours
2 - off peak daytime hours
3 - overnight (between midnight and 6am)
in order to ascertain what level of service you felt was acceptable to your paying customers.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Please see the attached spreadsheet. This has four tabs, two for each direction of the route 13 (dir1 & dir2).
The data is broken down per trip and bus stop observation times.
Columns A to F represent the calendar day, operator name, garage, trip no & schedule trip start and end times. Then columns H onwards (S1, S2, S3 on wards) represent the departure time at the bus stops. The bus stop names are listed below across row 2.
Where a trip is logged as ‘operated but no time available’ or and other operated cause codes (i.e. OP03/OP05) this means that the trip did operate, however due to technical reasons the time was not captured.
Where a row has ‘Unscheduled’ listed, you will note that the same trip is logged multiple times, thus most likely a vehicle or driver change, the operated times will be listed in another row with the same trip number above or below.
