Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 November 2018.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

Number of complaints received between 01.01.2018 and 16.01.2018 about lack of service and delays on a) Westbound Piccadilly Line, Uxbridge branch and b) Westbound Piccadilly Line, Heathrow branch.

Please see the below table with all the service performance complaint cases that we hold for the Piccadilly line, received between 01.01.2018 and 16.01.2018.

Please note we are not able to provide a break down on whether the train was heading to or terminating at either Uxbridge or Heathrow branches. There is an option for agents to log this detail but it has been left blank in all the captured cases. We are also not able to provide details on which services were travelling specifically west bound.
