Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 October 2024 asking for information about Safety at Bank station.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

Please advise whether a qualified first aider is on duty at Bank Station during operating hours.

Emergency first aid at work is part of the initial training that Customer Service Assistants receive, therefore it is likely that there will be a number of trained emergency first aiders working at Bank during operating hours.
