TMANs received from Lewisham council in 2020
Request ID: FOI-2140-2021
Date published: 02 February 2021
You asked
F/O from 2031-2021
Sorry if it wasn’t clear but the request was for all notifications of works received in 2020, not just those which have not yet been implemented.
Can you provide me with any such requests that have been implemented where notice was served in 2020? Or otherwise confirm that you did not receive any TMAN notifications relating to the Lee Green “low traffic neighbourhood” which was modelled by TFL as negatively impacting on two TFL red routes (A20 & A205).
We answered
TfL Ref 2140-2021
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 January 2021 asking for information about notifications received from LB Lewisham in 2020 or for confirmation of receipt of any TMAN notifications relating to the Lee Green Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
Please see attached two notifications which were received from LB Lewisham which relate to the Lee Green LTN. This is all we hold.
If you are considering submitting a further FOI request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.
Yours sincerely
