Following the expansion of the ULEZ to greater London boroughs, please can you advise what the improvement is in air quality in the Kingston and Sutton boroughs?

Thank you for your request which we received on 19 September 2023, asking about the improvement in air quality in Kingston and Sutton.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we don’t hold the information you require yet. The ULEZ expansion has been operating for just over a month and it takes much longer to collate air pollutant concentrations. We will be assessing air quality impacts of the extended ULEZ in future reports in 2024.
However, the first month report, where we evaluate the impacts of the ULEZ, will be available later this month.
